Human Capital
A2TH Enterprises employs about 15 full-time employees. Additional human resources, in excess of about 25 part-time personnel on an annual average, are hired and obtained from the local communities where projects are located in support of local socio-economic upliftment. Following our HSE Policy, we ensure the following for our part-time and full-time employees:

- Ensure all workforce have the competence to mitigate safety and health risks
- Empower people and activities to minimize health and safety concerns and risks
